MakerKiln's calculators give credible workshop numbers from published and community-measured values, and every preset is editable. They are planning tools, not engineering sign-off. Feeds, speeds, temperatures and costs interact with machines, materials and settings this site cannot see; test on scrap, meter your own power, weigh your own spools, and trust your machine's documentation over any preset here.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is, free of charge, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss, including damaged tools, machines or materials, arising from use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site. The site's content (text, design, code) belongs to its operator; the formulas themselves are published facts and belong to no one. Numbers you compute here are yours to use anywhere.
Independence
MakerKiln is independent and not affiliated with any printer, machine or material brand named in its presets. Brand names appear only to identify which published value a preset starts from.
